The first day of the 2011 Fall Parade of Homes has come and gone and the turn out was way better then any of us expected.

I have a very positive feeling that the new constrction housing market in the Twin Cities is on it's way back based on all the comments and smiles people were wearing while they were learning how building a new Home with all the warranties and the energy saving appliances, furnace, water heater, windows and more is a better and safer way for their family's then considering buying existing with with no warranties and in most cases having to roll up their sleeves to paint, clean or repair something before they move in ....Stop by our model Home in Chaska # 152 in the parade book and see for your self why building your brand new Home with us is the best way to go for your family.
